Returns

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, email your request to service@kingerous.com and return your item within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package. 

Without email notification to customer service or if 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t process any refund.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards

Coupon discounts

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of items, the paypal originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 24 hrs of receipt.  

Shipping

After your application is approved, please follow the Return Instruction email from Customer Service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to return the product,the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it's free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it's already paid to the courier when shipping.
